All payments to be made in pounds sterling.
All orders are subject to English law.
We will e-mail customers who have provided their email address to us if a delivery is expected to be significantly delayed for any reason. You will then be able to cancel your order if the revised delivery date is not acceptable.
Failure to observe all product instructions will invalidate any guarantee or any other legal responsibility Hawthorns or their suppliers may have.
Hawthorns' liability is limited to the value of the products purchased and we accept no liability for incidental or consequential losses.
